MAK Invest HEIC converter This converter runs on the visitor's device. No photo upload is performed. Decoder: heic-to 1.6.7, libheif 1.23.7 (Struktur AG and contributors), libde265 1.0.16 (Struktur AG and contributors). LGPL-3.0-or-later. Licences: LICENSE-LGPL-3.txt and LICENSE-GPL-3.txt. The LGPL incorporates the GNU GPL v3 terms. The original CSP/no-eval libheif JavaScript is bundled unmodified with the small MAK worker adapter (dimension/file limits, primary-image selection, transferable pixel result, error handling). The adapter is LGPL-3.0-or-later. The rest of the website is a separate application communicating by messages. Corresponding sources, adapter, build script and instructions: /vendor/heic/corresponding-source.zip Project sources: https://github.com/hoppergee/heic-to/tree/v1.6.7 https://github.com/strukturag/libheif/tree/v1.23.7 https://github.com/strukturag/libde265/tree/v1.0.16 To replace or modify the decoder, use the source archive and rebuild the worker. Keep its URL and {width, height, pixels:ArrayBuffer} / {error} message interface, or update the independent client adapter to the new interface. No signature checks, access restrictions or secrets prevent replacement. Build instructions: 1. Extract the included heic-to npm tarball to node_modules/heic-to. 2. Install esbuild 0.25.12 from npm (npm install --no-save esbuild@0.25.12). 3. Place the included scripts folder at the project root. 4. Run: node scripts/build-heic-decoder.mjs 5. Replace public/vendor/heic/decoder-1.6.7.js with the rebuilt file. The heic-to tarball includes its original source, worker and compiled CSP library. The preferred C/C++ source archives for libheif/libde265 are also included. To regenerate the CSP library itself follow libheif's included build-emscripten.sh and heic-to README, using LIBDE265_VERSION=1.0.16, USE_UNSAFE_EVAL=0 and USE_WASM=0; then run the adapter build above.
